Landlords is a simple flash game in which you take turns with the computer to buy houses. The objective is to own one complete piece of land from the 8 available.

Each piece of land has three houses that you should get in order to win. The pieces of land have houses of different colors, and when you click on one house, the others of the same color that are located in other pieces of land can be also be selected. You also must check out the computer's selections and try to prevent it from winning. The game is not timed, so you can take your time to think. The first one to own the three houses of a piece of land wins the game. If you lose, you will also get a score for the number of houses you own, but it will definitely be higher if you win the game.
